Medical plans are great and I love the clinic
There is both a 401K and retirement plan

offer benefits like health insurance

Lower managers help more than top ones.
we work well together and communicate with each other
For the most part we all get each other and try to adapt
Working in small teams helps to easily hear new ideas.

feel good about what I do. make a positive impact
The enviroment feels like a family atmosphere.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be a bit less ultra conservative. Risk is a part of insurance attempting to eliminate all risk is not only impossible but not practical
