Better pay and better benefits

We exceed expectations and all they do is buy more competitors out and increase your workload. Pay me for the extra workload and hours. I average 72 hours a week by force!

Compensation of machine operators should have a base pay and production bonuses just like every other part of the company. We should be paid bonuses based on higher outputs, to help morale and boost production.
