
well, they give you so many hours every pay period.. they got upset at me when I wanted to take 1 week off, they wanted me to split it.. even though I Never took any vacation up until that time.. again depends on how they like you.. if they like you, they will do everything they can to accommodate your vacation. If they don't like you, as in my case, they try and keep you from taking vacation.
Very bad for compensation especially for hourly because you work a minimum of 10 hour days but when you take a vacation or a sick day you're only compensated for 8 hours for each day.
You are required to work 10 hours a day however you're only compensated with eight hours a day for vacation days or sick days which doesn't balance right. Very unfair!
