Mr. Robert W. O'Hare also known as Rob has been Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Spark Networks SE since November 2017. Mr. O'Hare has been the Chief Financial Officer of Spark Networks, Inc. since March 1, 2015. Mr. O'Hare served as Corporate Secretary of Spark Networks, Inc. since March 1, 2015. He joined Spark in 2015 from Square, Inc., where he served as Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Lead since 2013. Prior to Square, he served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Pandora Media, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Prior to Pandora, he held financial roles at Spitfire Capital from 2009 to 2010. Mr. O'Hare served as an Associate at Spectrum Equity Management, L.P. He joined the Spectrum Equity in August 2006 and was based at Menlo Park office. He held financial roles at Spectrum Equity Investors from August 2006 to 2009. He served as an Analyst with Thomas Weisel Partners in the Technology Investment Banking Group, where he focused on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. He held financial roles at Thomas Weisel Partners from 2004 to 2006. He also served as an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co., where he worked on mergers and acquisitions assignments across a variety of industries. He is a CFA charter holder. Mr. O'Hare holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
