What did you like most about the interview process?
Those being interviewed have the opportunity to meet with their perspective peers.
The coding portion was a brief, intentionally doable homework assignment style challenge instead of the usual algorithm-based, live whiteboard interview. I didn't know the language, but could research and problem solve my way through like I would on the job, a much better test of my capabilities.
Personal interaction and the opportunity to get to know everyone. We were always given the opportunity to ask questions and confirm that the opportunity was right for long-term success. No games were played!
The people showed up, listened and directed you to the role they thought you'd fit in best.
Met with leadership from each department so I could get a feel for the company as a whole and not just the position I was interviewing for.
Friendliness. It felt more like meeting new friends than a stale interview with the same questions being repeated.
I could talk to potential teammates.
