Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and honest and work hard alongside their staff. Really no egos and they are always calling out team members for doing a good job, including in front of clients. Honestly, they're just really great people I've found I can really trust and it takes a lot of stress out of the job.
The leadership keeps track of what's happening in the industry and pushes the team to adapt. We're ahead of many other agencies here.
I love my direct manager, the support we have here is really strong in that sense.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is great and I think I am paid fairly.
Unlimited vacation, plenty of holiday time, great health benefits that kick in quickly once you start. Also, flexible on working remote for the long-term, which saves me time and expense vs. the drudgery of the daily commute.
Salary is very competitive.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuinely kind, appreciative and supportive folks across the board who really do enjoy team collaboration.
Great to see every day, positive attitude, creative, and like to have fun together!
Everyone is really down to earth and works hard towards company goals while having fun!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our entrepreneurial culture lets me do what I want to do without a lot of red tape.
We are really supportive of each other. We also have a very flexible WFH policy which helps mentality.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't heavy on forms and paperwork but really about having some conversations and seeing if we were a good fit.
The people I spoke with were genuine and transparent and addressed former issues they had with leadership that has since left and their strong stance on building a positive and supportive culture for employees.
