How employees describe working at Sparkpr
Unlimited vacation is great and I think I am paid fairly.
The work can get busy but there really are no egos on the team and senior leadership are extremely gracious and supportive and are always in the trenches with you and never throw folks under the bus. I've been here a couple months and the people I've worked with make the job very rewarding.
The people I spoke with were genuine and transparent and addressed former issues they had with leadership that has since left and their strong stance on building a positive and supportive culture for employees.
Salary is very competitive.

What is the best part about your compensation package at Sparkpr?

Spark pays a significant portion of medical benefits as well as other perks including transit.
Dental/vision paid for, medical is very low.

We are really supportive of each other. We also have a very flexible WFH policy which helps mentality.
Our entrepreneurial culture lets me do what I want to do without a lot of red tape.
What do you like best about the leadership team at Sparkpr?
The leadership keeps track of what's happening in the industry and pushes the team to adapt. We're ahead of many other agencies here.
I love my direct manager, the support we have here is really strong in that sense.
