The bonus plan and merit based increases are great and have been really lacking at other company's I have worked at.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people (whether clients or coworkers) to understand their needs and try to support them. Sharing pictures of our pets in the Teams group chat. Working with the SOGI Council to make sure there is representation and inclusion in the company.
