Prioritizing the Importance of Sustainability:
The Green Committee bolsters Spaulding Ridge’s organizational impact goals for our planet and our communities.

The Green Committee officially launched at the end of 2023 and will help our organization achieve net-zero emissions by 2025. Additionally, they will focus on implementing Go Green initiatives across our offices to minimize adverse environmental impact.

We look forward to having our Green Committee monitor our progress closely and openly communicate with our leadership to identify areas of opportunity and to highlight successes we achieve on our sustainability journey.

At Spaulding Ridge, it is our privilege to contribute financially to charitable organizations making the world a better place.

Fostering a culture of giving:
Every year, Spaulding Ridge commits 1% of our net income to organizations doing important charitable work in our communities. Spaulding Ridge’s Corporate Giving Committee oversees the nomination and submission of grants to organizations where our employees are involved. We prioritize organizations committed to education and workforce development of underrepresented and under resourced communities. We celebrate and highlight these efforts throughout the year and look for opportunities to combine our financial giving with employee volunteering as well.
