Crappy insurance / benefits. It could be better. Having a bike doesn't make up for lousy benefits.

My compensation is not aligned with a male counterpart though I have more experience and education

Lack of acknowledgment for making positive changes and increasing store morale. A boost to feeling valued would require leadership to focus on positive aspects about what is increasing performance rather than always focusing on the negative.
