People that lack hard work and leadership are in management roles.

Leadership pretends to listen and be honest, but many in the middle chain of command are self-absorbed with a disconnect between vision and the desired result. Leadership, in general, is lacking knowledge and experience in the bicycle industry which is a niche industry that requires experience.

Have to make tour path

Success depends on the team you are on. Many are in leadership roles that have no management skills and are pretty self absorbed. Diversity and inclusion is faked in order to increase sales. Sexism is still prevalent.

Fake, but positive encouragement, motivational in meetings.

Continous changes and finally seeing thins proactively

Open and Transparent. Ambitious. Never Satisfied.

Direct, motivational and support those who always do their best.

Being proactive and caring about their team.

Less ego and selfishness. They are more focused on themselves and looking cool instead of setting their team up for success.

Crappy insurance / benefits. It could be better. Having a bike doesn't make up for lousy benefits.

Health care and 401K match.

My compensation is not aligned with a male counterpart though I have more experience and education

Lack of acknowledgment for making positive changes and increasing store morale. A boost to feeling valued would require leadership to focus on positive aspects about what is increasing performance rather than always focusing on the negative.

For the area, salary meeds to be higher

The best things about the team are camaraderie, the seamless effort of getting customers in and out, and cohesiveness of the team.

Need clearer agenada and to the point. Short and sweet i say

The top talent in the whole cycling industry. Not just teammates but friends.

Working in silos is not productive. Remove certain managers and directors, complete lost cause for leadership.

Good introduction to the company culture.

Making riders/customers happy with the brand. Working with other positive, forward thinking individuals.

Working with my team, making great product.

Improvement will require upper management to not be pushy and pompous, and put more trust in the decision-making of management at the store.
