The best things about the team are camaraderie, the seamless effort of getting customers in and out, and cohesiveness of the team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Improvement will require upper management to not be pushy and pompous, and put more trust in the decision-making of management at the store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of acknowledgment for making positive changes and increasing store morale. A boost to feeling valued would require leadership to focus on positive aspects about what is increasing performance rather than always focusing on the negative.
