How employees describe working at SPH Analytics
I completly love it here. Its relaxed and i plan to hopefully be a QA in the future.
This is one of the worst jobs I've ever had. It's fine if you're working part-time or seasonal while you're in school or college, but as a full-time employee, the work is stressful, the pay is pathetic, and the company has very strict rules with no opportunities for growth.
it's good, the employees are nice but you have to make sure you disposition the calls appropriately
Getting paid more for the amount of work you are required to do
The new ELT does not care about its employees, at all. They ignore or better yet have an excuse for everything. ELT belittles its employees. ELT leaders do not speak to employees. Environment becomes stressful when ELT promises clients things that we (the company) cannot handle.
