What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible and doesn't interfere much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop discriminating someone based on the years of work experience they have someone with no experience might know something which someone with 10years of work experience doesn't. One should never play favourites and should listen to everyone's opinions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i work the same as a guy who has been here for 5 years .
I feel undervalued because i am the youngest person in my company and i am doing the same work as people with 5 years of work experience are doing and they are getting paid 3 times of my salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very hardworking people but only who are in good terms with mangers get domains and access to new things
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are fine as they when your leader is not team cannot perform at maximum efficiency.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to see and check what is happening at the executive level.
The management should look towards the problems that everyone is facing it feels like upper management is unreachable to us at the executive level
