Our family-feel culture extends beyond gender, sexuality, class, age, and ethnicity. In recent years, we have brought great changes to our workforce - hiring more women in tech to becoming remote-first. In the future, as we expand our goal is to attend more careers fairs at universities to attract female STEM graduates at Splyt and conduct webinars to teach young women how women in tech can stimulate change.

In addition, we provide complete relocation support to working parents and go above and beyond to offer bespoke childcare support packages.
