I love that we have a flexible paid time off policy!

Unlimited PTO and flexibility working environment

401k match and unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to utilize. PTO really means time-off as well, it isn't encouraged or celebrated to continue to be online on your days off.

Unlimited PTO is hands down the best part of the total comp.

The benefits are excellent and the vacation time is one of the best that I have experienced

One of the best parts of my compensation package is unlimited PTO. Being able to take off more than one or two days if necessary, and being able to easily communicate that with my manager without going through some strenuous process to get it "approved".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is the only area where I feel undervalued. Everything else is great. Higher pay to match market & experience level is appreciated. It is important to note that leadership is already made those strides to improve overall compensation for all employees at SpotHero.

I believe the people team is currently putting in the research and work to reevaluate salaries and making sure everyone is paid at or above industry standard.

I don't want other people to make LESS money and I don't think I have an unrealistic expectation that all things should be "equal" between roles, BUT I feel that the actual work-hours/impact of my role/team to the company is not compensated equally compared with other teams/dept.

I feel valued, and actually just found out before this survey I was submitted for a title change and promotion. HR takes a while to process.

I do feel there can be some improvement in salary compensation. Its nice that there are benefits that help balance that out, but I do believe there is room for improvement here.

I think given the market currently and the need for what I do, I could be making a lot more. An increase in salary would definitely help to be more competitive. Also, additional stock options would help.

I have not really received any increase in pay in nearly 2 years because there is "no budget" for it. I work very hard and long hours. The only time I got a small raise was because I found out that the offering price to an incoming candidate in my role was higher than mine (after a year at SH)
