Unlimited PTO and flexibility working environment
401k match and unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to utilize. PTO really means time-off as well, it isn't encouraged or celebrated to continue to be online on your days off.
Unlimited PTO is hands down the best part of the total comp.

I have not really received any increase in pay in nearly 2 years because there is "no budget" for it. I work very hard and long hours. The only time I got a small raise was because I found out that the offering price to an incoming candidate in my role was higher than mine (after a year at SH)
