They are so transparent. I have never heard so many high level updates in a company before. They trust us as employees to not reveal things that cant be public yet because they want us to feel included in the celebrations!

I love that we have a flexible paid time off policy!

Unlimited PTO and flexibility working environment
401k match and unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to utilize. PTO really means time-off as well, it isn't encouraged or celebrated to continue to be online on your days off.
Unlimited PTO is hands down the best part of the total comp.
