The CEO is usually not in the office. He is usually on vacation and it is very bad for culture to be honest. He does little to interact the with greater team and is totally out of touch with the company that he started.
How's the work life balance at Spring?
Depends what team you're on. If you're an engineer you pretty much work at any pace you want and take vacation as much as your want. The expectation across the rest of the organization is very different.
