Mr. James J. Frome, also known as Jim has been Executive Vice President of Sps Commerce, Inc. since March 2001 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since August 7, 2012. Mr. Frome is responsible for setting the marketing, business development and technology strategy for SPS Commerce. He served as Chief Strategy Officer of Sps Commerce, Inc. since March 2001 until August 2002. He is charged with expanding the SPS leadership position in providing a Supply Chain Integration Service to buying organizations and their mid-market suppliers. He has 16 years experience in technology marketing and management positions. He served as a divisional vice president of Marketing at Sterling Software and was responsible for worldwide revenues of $100 million. He directed the product management efforts that grew revenues of the EUREKA business intelligence and B2B portal products lines from $2 to $70 million during his six year tenure at Information Advantage (later acquired by Sterling Software). Mr. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
