Ms. Kimberly K. Nelson, also known as Kim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at SPS Commerce, Inc. since November 2007. Ms. Nelson sets SPS Commerce's financial strategy including planning and budgeting as well as manage its communications with its investors and the financial community at large. She served as Finance Director of Investor Relations at Amazon.com since June 2005. From 2003 to 2005, She served as Finance Director of Worldwide Application for Amazon.com's Technology group. She joined Amazon.com in 2000 as its Finance Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2000 to 2003. During her seven years at Amazon.com, she managed the investor relations department, overseeing quarterly communications of financial results, shareholder meetings and SEC documents. She held financial leadership positions in Amazon's Worldwide Applications and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis groups. Her experience also includes financial positions at The Pillsbury Company and Nestle USA, Inc. She has been an Independent Director of Qumu Corporation since March 26, 2012. She has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Babson College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
