As chief human resources officer, Erica Koenig is responsible for growing, engaging and developing the company’s global workforce with a commitment to fostering a world-class employee experience through a culture of learning, equality and teamwork.
Prior to joining SPS in 2022, Erica was most recently an executive at UnitedHealthcare, the benefits business of UnitedHealth Group. She is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of global experience. Her strategic leadership expertise includes total rewards, HR analytics, talent management, leadership and employee development, organization design and development, global mobility and diversity. Her prior experience includes leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial and Ceridian.
Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, social work and religion from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
