What did you like most about the interview process?The interview was pretty easy in comparison to other ones I had.
What makes you most happy at work?Many coworkers being friendly at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?Manager bullied me which was tolerated. Many employees were nice and friendly. However the negative experiences unfortunately outweigh the positive ones.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Monitor management and do not tolerate bullying. Promote a positive environment through hiring management that is supportive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Monitoring managers as many take liberties and bully their employees.
