What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our senior management is great. We are allowed to learn cross domain roles.
Team is great. Awesome people to work with. Career oriented and helpful in every way possible.
Leadership team is great. Your work and ideas are appreciated and there is freedom to execute freely. Team unity is great.
Leadership team has a great vision. There is open gate policy and they provide freedom to execute your own ideas.
Square Yards have strong emphasis on internal workplace culture, the result of which is a strong team who share a great bound. On a personal level, I have benefited from the belief of my manager and the freedom to find areas where I can add most value.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is great. Four years I am working here and growth is awesome.
That it is incentive based. Our In hand salary is great too.
It is incentive based. So more you work. More you get money.
I have never lacked for resources and have usually been backed when wanting to do things the right way
It is according to the quality of life I live. It works with my expenses and helps me save too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a little less effort put in employee policies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very professional environment. Everybody works in a unison.
They are nice, helpful people. Though we have targets to fulfill. We still stay as family and work together.
Team unity and the way we operate with each other. There is harmony in a way.
They are supportive of your ideas.

Challenging but very helpful workplace
Culture is nice and environment is friendly.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty easy and straight forward.
It was great. My leader help me understand all the policies and quite was supportive of my joining.
It was easy, apt and to the point. They didn't make me wait.
Transparency with which my leaders and HR told me about every policy.
The ease with how they treated you. Fair enough questions and on time.

People are nice. There is always new to learn something.
