What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Challenging but very helpful workplace

Culture is nice and environment is friendly.

Working environment is great, warm and cheerful.

Work culture is great and equality is seen. People are nice and supportive.

Environment is great and work culture is healthy in a way. No stress or pressure.

Collaborative culture and great learning opportunities

There is open door policy with the super boss which means we can go any time we want for any query. There is not much of politics in this firm. It's pretty relaxed and welcoming in a manner.

Open door policy and a warm welcome to every new comer is great.
