Team leader is supportive and believes in brain storming sessions together and discussing with us. Team as a whole works as a family and others nothing much more you can ask.

There is open door policy with the super boss which means we can go any time we want for any query. There is not much of politics in this firm. It's pretty relaxed and welcoming in a manner.
