Compensation is fair, both salary and bonus. Stock options can be beneficial over time but not an incentive for the near term.
They keep using all of the pay pot to bring people up to minimum wage. Meaning the one time higher/middle earners are in a race to the bottom as we've received minimal pay rises. People are leaving management roles here to go to admin roles at our competitors and receiving more money
SS&C pays 15-20% less than the market average.
At least a rpi/inflation related pay increase. No pay rise in 10 years.
Managment acknowledges that the company underpays everyone, but nothing is done about it.
