What is the best part about your compensation package?

I've been with the company for some time but the stock incentives have been excellent.

Stock options, and clarity in compensation

Variable compensation program and 401k match of 6%

Stock options. The pay is fair abut not competitive

Equity is a huge driver. It helps you focus on company growth.

Match seven percent of 401k

Compensation is fair, both salary and bonus. Stock options can be beneficial over time but not an incentive for the near term.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They keep using all of the pay pot to bring people up to minimum wage. Meaning the one time higher/middle earners are in a race to the bottom as we've received minimal pay rises. People are leaving management roles here to go to admin roles at our competitors and receiving more money

SS&C pays 15-20% less than the market average.

At least a rpi/inflation related pay increase. No pay rise in 10 years.

Managment acknowledges that the company underpays everyone, but nothing is done about it.

A revise in the salary structure

Yes, work gets done and the company is making money the clients.

I earn the company at least 10x what I make.

Because market rate for my role is 10k more than what i make

The CEO talks a lot about compensations but it is only paid out to the highest level executives not the workers or middle management.
