Mr. Paul Gerard Igoe has been Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of SS&C Technologies, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Igoe has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since March 2013. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lydall Inc. from October 14, 2009 to December 28, 2012. From June 2001 to September 2009, he served as an Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Teradyne Inc., where he handled a wide range of legal issues, including securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, labor and employment and litigation. Previous to his employment at Teradyne, Mr. Igoe served as a Junior Partner at Hale and Dorr LLP (now Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP) in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Igoe holds Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1987 and his A.B. from the College of the Holy Cross in 1984.
