Rahul Kanwar — Executive Vice President at SS&C Technologies

Mr. Rahul Kanwar has been Executive Vice President of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since September 12, 2017. Mr. Kanwar has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Alternative Assets at SS&C Technologies, Inc. and AdvisorWare, Total Return and FundRunner software products since January 2011. Mr. Kanwar has also been Senior Vice President of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since January 11, 2011 until September 12, 2017 and served as its Global Head of Alternatives Assets. He has been Managing Director of Alternative Assets of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since January 11, 2011. He serves as Head of SS&C's GlobeOperations. He served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at SS&C Fund Services. He joined SS&C when it was acquired the Eisnerfast LLC fund administration business from Eisner LLP in March 2005. Mr. Kanwar has been instrumental in the acquisitions of Northport, LLC, TheNextRound, Inc., and Geller Investment Partnership Services (GIPS). He has audit experience in the financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and brokers and dealers in securities. He worked at Eisner LLP as the Managing Director of Eisnerfast LLC and previously as a Certified Public Accountant in their financial services audit practice. Mr. Kanwar holds BA in Accounting and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and is a Certified Public Accountant.
