I've been with the company for some time but the stock incentives have been excellent.
Stock options, and clarity in compensation
Variable compensation program and 401k match of 6%
Stock options. The pay is fair abut not competitive

The pride they put into delivering an exceptional product.
hard working and professional, and reliable

They can do alot of work in short order
Great work ethic and sense of looking out for each other. I honestly would have been long gone if it hadn't of been for the people I work with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are always willing to listen and share ideas.
My team members are awesome
The people actually doing the work are generally great to work with.
Inclusiveness, openness and more importantly they recognize and value hard work

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was many years ago, but it was straight forward process.
It was on teams not in person
Not really applicable as I've tuped so previous employer interviewed me and they were ace
They asked pertinent questions about position and expectations
It felt very relaxed and like the management/hiring team was taking time to get to know more about me and my transferable skills rather than just what my education or prior experience was in a narrow lens of what the role I was applying of might normally expect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunities to gain exposure to different products and technologies.
Working for an awesome team
Knowing that we have great leadership and a very strong foundation for growth
