What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, approachable, wualified, hard working
They listen, don't micro-manage, push you to develop both personally and professionally and are flexible and understanding.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on qyality and fix the problems they created by pushing timelines over quality. Currently dealing with a series of qualitu issues that involve fixing systems that were pushed out too quickly, before they were ready. They continue to do this and dont see the pattern.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cash incentices and bonus and employee stock options
Stock options are one of the best compensations offered to us.

Multi cultural atmosphere with tolerant colleagues
The team spirit, that we're doing something good for the world.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to focus on quality results, treat its people with respect and understand they are human beings with families and commitments and a life outside of work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with several people
Meeting many company managers, open dialogue, not stiff and formal
no negatives to mention about the process
