What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, approachable, wualified, hard working
They listen, don't micro-manage, push you to develop both personally and professionally and are flexible and understanding.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on qyality and fix the problems they created by pushing timelines over quality. Currently dealing with a series of qualitu issues that involve fixing systems that were pushed out too quickly, before they were ready. They continue to do this and dont see the pattern.
