My team is supportive and always positive no matter how challenging things get.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid according to tenure and amount of workload I have to get done at a minimum. I also would feel better about my salary if I felt that Stack was actually investing in my future. No 401K matching nor other benefits that make it worthwhile.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best part of leadership is that they always have their ears open to all ideas, no matter what position you hold at the company. They take criticism well and strive to make this a good place to work while challenging everyone in the company.
