Mr. Oded Shein has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Stage Stores Inc., since January 10, 2011 and since January 10, 2011 respectively. Mr. Shein also serves as its Treasurer and oversees Stage Stores's accounting, internal and external financial reporting, tax, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, loss prevention and treasury operations. He served as Vice President, Finance of Belk, Inc. since 2008. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Vice President and Treasurer for Belk. Prior to joining Belk, he spent 14 years at Charming Shoppes, Inc. and served as its Vice President & Treasurer. He has been an Independent Director at Conns Inc. since March 22, 2016. Mr. Shein has an M.B.A. degree from Columbia Business School.
