The paid time off
I would say the equity stake.
Review from Sales Dept
Healthcare, 401K. Bonus is also big perk
If you put in the work, your goals are attainable and you should hit your quota
Review from Business Development Dept
Paid time off is my favorite
Review from Customer Success Dept
The ability to make money based on my efforts.

Health plan is 100% covered
Review from Customer Success Dept
excellent healthcare and benefits.
Review from Sales Dept
I think our commission structure is fair and comprehensible. Many salespeople feel OTE is out of achievable range and can feel tricked when they start somewhere. I feel it is attainable if you work hard enough at Stampli. Operations and management have carefully structured it, clearly.

Getting paid monthly is best part
Review from Sales Dept
commission structure is favorable if you're preforming
Review from Sales Dept
The best part is that I can work remote
Review from Sales Dept
Medical insurance is mostly covered, free lunch on Tuesday's, company happy hours, flexible PTO
Review from Sales Dept
The best part is that I had some room to negotiate my base and felt heard.
Review from Sales Dept
The commission is the best part
Review from Sales Dept
Having a base pay and comission
Review from Sales Dept
60/40 split. It gives you a good base salary while still keeping commissions competitive. Everyone has the same commission rate so you know what to expect and don't feel you are being comped unfairly compared to others. it motivates/incentivizes you to close deals
Review from Sales Dept
if you preform well, you are paid well
commission package and % of deals
Review from Sales Dept
uncapped commission and attainable quotas
Review from HR Dept
bonus structure, and certain situations that always lead to CS team losing bonus. No options for discussion or appeal at all either.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I feel like the amount of hours I spend working doesn't accurately match my pay, especially when compared to other departments. I usually start working at 7am and work throughout the day until 7 or 8. With the bulk of my day being on calls with customers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The medical/dental/health packages , stock options, and flexible time off policies are great - but the 2 week parental leave for parents is disappointing. It does not seem that this policy is in line with the company values, I hope to see this become more aligned with other tech companies.
Review from HR Dept
base salary is lower than other companies with same roles
Review from Sales Dept
Better compensation would definitely make me feel better. We are overworked underpaid and no one listens to us we just keep getting told we should do things for bragging rights but bragging rights don't pay our bills.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Other comparable jobs in the market have a stronger base pay.
Review from Sales Dept
Discouraged from bringing up compensation
Review from Marketing Dept
The announcement of no raises and yearly bonuses was quite shocking even with the current economic climate. These decisions seem short sighted for a company that is not aggressive with starting compensation compared to other software companies.
Review from Product Dept
Performance and pay iant aligned with other members of team for same position
Review from Sales Dept
bringing the DD credits back, commuter benefits, more 401k match, higher base, wellness stipend
Review from Sales Dept
Metrics, tenure, and knowing what others have been offered to "stay"
Review from Sales Dept
In the early stages our team is small so our workload can dramatically increase, but I do see it getting better. Mostly has to do with our workload while the company is growing at a fast rate.
Review from Customer Success Dept
401k matching, better 'perks' - ie gym stipend, cell phone reimbursement. Health insurance is fantastic!
Review from Sales Dept
I do think the compensation could be a bit more competitive with the market.
