There's an effort to communicate the vision to all levels of employees, and there's a lot of clarity in communications.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get a lot of responsibility to tackle big challenges, but I'm not afraid of how my team will receive it if I need help or something proves difficult.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have very few meetings, and the ones we do have are focused and effective. There's a lot of ownership of our tools and features, and I know who I can turn to for answers to all of my questions.
