Everyone treats me with compassion and care. From the onboarding process, it was a 1-on-1 and she tried to answer all my questions and concerns. Then, there was the Welcome and Benefits virtual event. I feel like the university is trying to help people grow in this place.
They are compassionate and approachable.
They care about people first. I have never experienced that in any other job before.
That we work as a team and communicate.
They are kind and supportive and avoid micromanaging my work which gives me confidence in my abilities.
Leadership does not invest in the well-being and ling-term employment prospects of the employee. HR is a nightmare and extremely insensitive and unsupportive. There is no respect for diversity, inclusion, and equity. There's a lot of talk about DEI but no one walks the talk.

All the baselines are covered.
I am paid what I am worth and have the option for free healthcare as well as other potential options if I decided to switch. I also like that I am working a hybrid model and can spend some days working from home.
It provides a living wage for this area.
the best part are the retirement benefits
I don't feel undervalued though, I just hope that my salary would be a bit higher to be able to live in the bay area.
More compensation to compensate with the benefits cost as they are super high for good benefits or low for bad benefits
Helpful, collaborative, selfless, brilliant, diversed
Everyone is super helpful and collaborative.
They are all so kind and helpful.
Not only do we get work done, but we are also a community that care about each other.
We are all very supportive of one another and there is no tension or conflicts.
They could include me in more things. I am a new employee and feel left out by most of the people in the office
It's a monocultural clique. There is really no authentic acceptance of others.
Multi-cultural and respectful to one another.
Inclusivity and a willingness to help others.
My boss and immediate team, they are phenomenal
How much we work as a team

Getting to utilize my skills in the workplace
Learning new skills and applying them into different contexts.
That I'm doing work that I'm invested in and have a caring team.
Meeting new people every day.
I have the freedom to think creatively and innovate to solve problems.
There is not much to look forward too. I do not interact with my coworkers much. I feel left out of a lot of things and am not given much to do so I sit for most of the day
There is no respect for diversity or any attempt to retain talent who come from diverse backgrounds
