What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication from the leadership team is unparalled. They will answer any question from anyone and are always making sure their employees are notified of anything going on or being worked on. Theres not a culture of secretive silence

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’d like to be paid fairly market standards and for all the work I do for the company that I do not believe I’m being fairly compensated
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets things done efficiently and effectively. There's no time wasted and no dilly-dallying. Work gets completed in a timely manner and we are on top of everything right away. The speed and efficiency and the pace and which we work at is unmatched.
We get things done and we push things forward. We drive each other to be and do better each and every day and we also help each other out.
Each is an SME in our field and are eager to share that knowledge with me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are diverse and accepting of everyone regardless of background, creed, race, gender, culture, etc. We are the most diverse group of people and we're with the times.

It makes me happy to know that we're doing good work and providing a necessary service for people.
I get to do good work for good people and be part of a company that provides a very necessary service in our world. It feels good knowing I’m contributing to that and helping other
