What makes you most happy at work?It makes me happy to know that we're doing good work and providing a necessary service for people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are diverse and accepting of everyone regardless of background, creed, race, gender, culture, etc. We are the most diverse group of people and we're with the times.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team gets things done efficiently and effectively. There's no time wasted and no dilly-dallying. Work gets completed in a timely manner and we are on top of everything right away. The speed and efficiency and the pace and which we work at is unmatched.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I’d like to be paid fairly market standards and for all the work I do for the company that I do not believe I’m being fairly compensated

Starry was founded in 2014 and its current CEO is Chet Kanojia. Since its inception 12 years ago, Starry has grown to 105 employees.
