Nonexistent! The company use to be a great place to work and employees were treated like family and you truly felt like the people you worked with were your work family. Now it is so toxic and you are nothing more than a number that is tracked and monitored at all times. You are told what to do and when; when to take breaks, lunch, how long it should take for a call, timed bathroom breaks. And, to make more fun it is all timed and monitored and if you are out of compliance you are punished. All they care about are the numbers you push out and the all mighty dollar now. So, work outings do not exist anymore. They do not even allow team outings for Christmas any longer. The joke is that they will tell you it is all for customer service. The company has lost its way and and adopted impossible standards, processes and goals, and very poor values. At the advise of my doctors, I finally resigned after over a 25 career with the company before the job killed me! Many great employees quit.

Depends on what region you are in and the time of day. I can’t go into details, but the work outings can be generous with food and is usually lively with discussion. You get the opportunity to learn more about your co-workers.

We dont have them anymore. We're required to be in our seats all day. We are timed on our production and if our numbers don t match we don't get raises.

We don't have those anymore because they cost money and our lapse/cancellations are so high costs are being reduced.
