The pay was unfair for the amount of work required, and treatment given.

Treat your employees like humans, have reasonable expectations, create better training and less room for abuse.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership doesn't treat their employees as people, and my direct supervisor was verbally abusive. Overall, the environment would be better if less condescending.
