What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to encourage product and technology innovation.
There is some balance to the arrogant CEO, but it's not even close to make up for the CEO's ego

You will not get anymore feedback from me
Nothing leadership can do since CEO threatens Executive team with their jobs. CEO routinely berates clients, prospects and employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is fair
Nickled and dimed by the stingy ceo
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay market rates and based on years experience, not try to take advantage of ones circumstances.
The CEO makes all the decisions and saying anything against him, even positive criticism is grounds for dismissal
What are some of the best things about your team?
Im glad to have supportive team,
We work well together and pitch in with each other in extremely busy times.
collaboration and sense of pride
Most work in India and at least half like to run by the clock - they are there only for the hours they are supposed to be
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a handful that are effective, and some who 'work from home', rarely to be seen - the rest play corporate politics
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages multicultural activities as well as some relaxation activities (eg Yoga)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I work at home so I really like my environment

I met with multiple people from executives to people on the team that I would be working with

Any time CEO is out of town or country are the best times
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
tyranny, nepotism, and self entitlement within the upper ranks
CEO is a dictator with ZERO leadership skills - very arrogant and has a huge ego
