What's the company culture like at ZeOmega?

Dictatorship where the CEO determines what is good, what's not, who he likes, who he doesn't. Even removed his own wife from the company for disagreeing with him. Takes no input from anyone including senior executive team - regularly threatens employees with dismissal if say anything against company or the jiva product. Company's employees are primarily in India or H1 - which is the only way people stay because they have the sponsored visa noose around their neck and cannot leave easily. Glassdoor reviews showing positive and favorable outlook on CEO are all fake - he regularly rants on email to the entire company. Indirectly told employees to write good reviews to improve his standing. Guarantee anyone joining this company will be miserable. It's not all roses and champagne as made out to be in press releases. Clients are unhappy and ZeOmega does not have the leadership, staff or attitude to resolve existing issues or provide smooth installations for new clients.
Very negative - CEO is a dictator - say anything opposite to what he thinks, including constructive criticism, and he will threaten you with your job. Has fired many for speaking up. Even removed his own wife from the company because she didn't always agree with him.

CEO runs the show and likes everyone to call him sir and bow down to him. Say anything he does not like and he'll start screaming at you.
