What do you like best about the leadership team?
Employee and customer focused. They are always doing something to keep the moral up.
The owners are incredible and they management team holds the same values towards the company and their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Personal interaction is lousy and pompous!
Does not exactly have open door policy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair pay and decent benefits
They pay market value for the employees that are not salary.
Love the monthly bonuses we get! I have neer got them on any other company.
Quarterly Bonuses, Christmas bonuses and stock.

Friendships that are built and the back up that you know you have if you are in need.

Have better quality empolyees instead of filling a seat to answer a phone

The people we work with are great
Teamwork that is encouraged and that is shown on a daily basis.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to have a better rappor with their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was open ended on both sides. I could ask anything and would get a answer. I asked for a tour of the call center and got one.
