less meetings and better one on one training

recognizing the quality of the staff and the low work place morale
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very much so. I would feel better if I was able to give fair raises to all employees instead of the politically savvy ones getting a mlarger share.
