Get the installation correct the very first time you enter the customer's home! If an addition or correction needs to be done, handle the matter in a timely manner. If you show up with the wrong part - do not install it any way. Get it right the first time!
Comminications and business skills. No one came to walk thru or inspect the work. No one discuss the paperwork or gave me a copy of the finished product. Quality was not what i expected.
