Going on 4 weeks, not being paid as an installer. We are the meat and potatoes of this company, NOT ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE. LIARS AND CHEATS! I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING DENIED PAY IN THE HOUSTON AREA. They think we're so stupid that we don't know that it's an old trIck to withhold pay to earn interest.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Do the job in a timely manner and being honest with the customers. Put the customer first.
