Vacation and health benefits, and lunch/dinners. It was also nice when the quarterly meetings came around because this should be when employees SHOULD be frank about how they feel. However, it should be done professionally.

never been valued in long time, no calls off and no coachings,

Made 20 a day in training takes whole everyone else made 150, did not need much training seeing as how I have over 20 years experience in the bingo industry and should have been hired as a bingo consultant because they sure could use some help drawing barely 10 people every morning at 9am session!

The pay scale is very inferior to other companies and compensation seems somewhat unfair.

There need to rise salary more because we work very hard

I feel we need more structure on seniority based advancement

Stations consistently critiques their workers, directors and above are not held accountable. Instead they throw their director to reports or employees under them under the bus in order to save face. Team and family are words often spoken however a toxic environment is the reality.
