Favoritism needs to stop . Writing people up for minor and petty things has to stop too . Stop trying to be so manipulative or intimidating. As of security teams- they are the worse . They abuse their positions to make people listen to them

Understanding and Communicating responsibilities, creating strategy and defining a clear plan towards the success of that, investing into their employees and teams vs expecting 75 hr. weeks for salaried employees. GMS should be holding directors accountable with feedback from their direct reports.

never been valued in long time, no calls off and no coachings,
Made 20 a day in training takes whole everyone else made 150, did not need much training seeing as how I have over 20 years experience in the bingo industry and should have been hired as a bingo consultant because they sure could use some help drawing barely 10 people every morning at 9am session!
The pay scale is very inferior to other companies and compensation seems somewhat unfair.

Make it easier for employees to take time off
Maybe start really caring about there workers ... They act like they do but don't. If you need time off for emergencies it's no way unless you take the little vacation they give you.
Not tolerating office gossip, throwing people under the bus, clear expectations, timelines and ownership of duties. Clear quarterly and annual goals.

Employee relations is useless...they do absolutely nothing to help. It's just another branch of management who doesn't give a crap about the employee's.
