What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Staylisted?
The best advice I could give someone during their first month at Staylisted would be to be patient. SEO doesn’t work instantly and if you Google it, you’ll see that you can’t expect to be ranking the very next day. So just ask questions, learn, and let the program benefit you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Staylisted?

I feel that with my range of skills, I could probably receive better compensation at another company. The pay rate is pretty standard starting. However, there is room for advancement and the perks of the job far outweigh the hourly pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at Staylisted?

We all get along so well. We have fun in the office and laugh a lot. Management doesn't get angry or upset with you and there is a lot of trust that goes around. We get lunches and snacks and have games in the office. Its a great place.

I believe that our leadership team is positive and in a good mood most of the time. We do our best to ensure that everyone feels appreciated for their efforts.
Management at this company makes me feel very appreciated. I never feel like my hard work is going unnoticed.

I love my job and my coworkers. I never dread coming to work.
