What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Marissa and Gerard used to be honorable. They were the type of people you could look upto, that all changed. Once the new COO showed up everything started going downhill fast. The owner can't think for himself so he hires life coaches and friends they always lead to disaster. I saw it many times.
What makes you most happy at work?I have been with the company for almost 2 years and I love going to work everyday!
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like the fact that we actually care about the customers we service and are always learning new ways to better serve our customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Get our Top Agent back. His knowledge and sales abilities were unmatched. Customer service desperately needs him back.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop isolating everyone. They isolate so they can lie and manipulate the departments as needed. They will take advantage of everything they can. Right or wrong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They don't care. The owner now refuses to speak to anyone but his 4 tier management team. The new COO is his best friend and has zero experience. He has no business calling the shots. He's going to ruin everything that was great about staylisted.
